Our classes are valued at $3,500+ but through community support and scholarships, most students pay only a small portion out of pocket.

This means the full cost of training is supported through a combination of:

What You Pay
Students who meet enrollment requirements and are awarded a scholarship pay:

$100 for Tech Essentials

$250 for advanced courses
Each course includes tuition and a certification exam voucher.

Payments are made in stages as you progress through your training:

You only pay as you move forward — not all at once.
Withdrawal Policy
Students may withdraw from a course no more than two times. Two withdrawals will result in loss of eligibility for funded tuition.

Does Tech901 offer scholarships?
As our course fees are already heavily discounted, Tech901 is unable to offer scholarships.
We do offer opportunities for trainees to receive scholarships toward discounted certification exam vouchers depending on in-class performance.
What does my course fee cover?
Payment of your registration fee guarantees your seat in the course as well as a textbook and any other class materials you will need.
Do I get my money back if I need to withdraw from class?

CERTIFICATION AND VOUCHER FEES
Industry certification exams must be completed through an approved testing vendor.
Tech901 operates an on-site Pearson VUE testing center, making it easier for students to schedule and complete their exams in a familiar environment.
Priority access is given to Tech901 students, with limited availability for the public.
All Tech901 training pathways are designed to prepare students for industry-recognized certifications.

Tech901 currently trains for certifications with CompTIA and Microsoft, a vendor-neutral IT certification providers. CompTIA has issued more than 2 million IT certifications to date, developed to correlate directly with current IT job requirements.
Certifications like the CompTIA TECH+ (PLUS) lay the groundwork for career paths in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity. Additional discounts for exam vouchers may be earned by students who meet certain benchmarks on course exams/progress. Vouchers cannot be returned. All CompTIA voucher purchases are final. Vouchers are only available for use in North America.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Tech901 trainees have a lot going on. We understand that you may need to cancel your registration.
Prior to 20% completion of class, trainees are eligible to a full refund of tuition (including any fees). Students who choose to withdraw from a Tech901 course are asked to do so by completing a withdrawal form online at: https://info.tech901.org/withdrawal.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the date of withdrawal.
All courses will include at least one graded test or project before the 20% completion mark of the course (e.g. week 3 in a 12-week course) to ensure students are able to withdraw and receive a refund if necessary.
Please note: trainees who withdraw or are administratively withdrawn due to attendance from two Tech901 classes will no longer be eligible for future Tech901 courses.
