Tech901's training programs are made possible through the support of employers, foundations, and community partners who invest in developing the Mid-South technology workforce. Accepted students receive scholarship support that significantly reduces the cost of training while requiring a modest student investment and commitment to program completion, certification attainment, and outcome reporting.

Tech901 Investment
Tech901 provides curriculum development, instructors, certification preparation, exam vouchers, career support, testing resources, student services, and employer engagement through the Career Hub.
Student Investment
Students contribute a portion of the training cost and commit to actively participating in class, pursuing certification, and reporting educational and employment outcomes after completing training.

Student Investment
Students who meet enrollment and prerequisite requirements, receive automatic Scholarship Award(s) limiting the Out-of-Pocket expense for students.
In return Tech901 requires students be:
Adult resident of the Mid-South region.
Interested in technology training and certifications.
Willing to honor the admissions process and respect the prerequisites.
Able to participate in instructor-led training (live online classes combined with required in-person activities).
Willing to contribute a portion of the training cost and commit to attending class, earning certifications, and reporting career outcomes that help support future students.

Certification Exams and Retest Vouchers
Tech901 operates an on-site Pearson VUE Testing Center, allowing students to complete many certification exams in a convenient and familiar environment. Tech901 students receive priority scheduling, with limited appointments also available to the public.
Students who successfully complete a Tech901 course receive one certification exam voucher at no additional cost. To remain eligible, students must successfully complete the course, remain in good standing, and use their voucher within 30 days of the last day of class.
If a student does not pass the certification exam on the first attempt, they may purchase an additional exam voucher for the certification associated with the course they successfully completed. To maximize success while the course material is still fresh, Tech901 strongly encourages students to schedule their retest as soon as possible and complete it within 30 days of their first exam attempt. Eligible students may purchase reduced-cost retest vouchers through Tech901 to help make earning certification more affordable.
Because certification exams are administered by third-party certification providers, exam objectives, voucher pricing, and retest policies are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds
Tech901 students have a lot going on. We understand that you may need to cancel your registration.
If you are unable to attend your upcoming Tech901 course, please complete the Cancellation Request form below.
Cancellation requests must be received by 5:00 PM Central Time on the Thursday before your scheduled class begins.
Requests received after this deadline, or after your class has started, will be processed as a withdrawal and will be subject to the Tech901 Withdrawal Policy. Students who choose to withdraw from a Tech901 course are asked to do so by completing a withdrawal form online.
Please note: Students who withdraw or are administratively withdrawn due to attendance from Tech901 courses will not be eligible for a refund.
Tech901's courses are supported through limited scholarship funding and community investment. Because class seats and financial resources are limited, we ask students to register only when they are prepared to commit to their course. After two (2) cancellations and/or withdrawals, students are no longer eligible to register for future Tech901 courses.
