Course Withdrawl Request

If you need to withdraw from your Tech901 course, please complete the Withdrawal Request form below.

A withdrawal request should be submitted as soon as you know you are unable to continue your course.

 

Before You Continue

Please use this form if:

  • Your class has already started.

  • You missed the Course Cancellation deadline.

  • You are no longer able to continue your course.

 

If your class has not started and the Course Cancellation deadline has not passed, please complete the Course Cancellation Request form instead.

Why This Policy Exists

Tech901 courses are supported through scholarship funding and limited enrollment. Once a course begins, instructors, classroom resources, and scholarship funding have already been committed.

Submitting your withdrawal request promptly allows Tech901 to maintain accurate class records and provide the support required by our funding partners.

Withdrawal Policy

  • Requests submitted after the Course Cancellation deadline, or after your course has begun, are processed as withdrawals.

  • Students are limited to two (2) withdrawals while enrolled at Tech901.

  • After two (2) withdrawals, students are no longer eligible to register for future Tech901 courses.

  • Tech901 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests submitted under documented extenuating circumstances.

Refund Processing

Submitting this form does not automatically initiate a refund.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the timing of your request and the Tech901 Student Handbook.

If you are eligible for a refund, your request will be reviewed by the Admissions team before being processed. Please allow up to 15 business days after approval for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
