Course Cancellation Request

If you are unable to attend your upcoming Tech901 course, please complete the Cancellation Request form below.

Cancellation requests must be received by 5:00 PM Central Time on the Thursday before your scheduled class begins.

Requests received after this deadline, or after your class has started, will be processed as a withdrawal and will be subject to the Tech901 Withdrawal Policy.

Before You Continue

Please submit your cancellation request as soon as you know you are unable to attend. Waiting until the last business day may limit our ability to offer your seat to another qualified applicant.

Use this form only if you are cancelling before 5:00 PM Central Time on the Thursday before your scheduled class begins.
Tech901 business hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Central Time. The Admissions team is unavailable on Fridays, weekends, and observed holidays.
Requests received after 5:00 PM Central Time on the Thursday before your scheduled class begins will be processed as withdrawals and will be subject to the Tech901 Withdrawal Policy.

Why This Policy Exists

When you register for a Tech901 course, a seat is reserved for you and scholarship funding is committed on your behalf. Because class sizes are limited, another qualified applicant may be waiting for that opportunity.

Submitting your cancellation request as early as possible allows Tech901 to offer your seat to another student and helps us be responsible stewards of the scholarship funding that supports our programs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received by 5:00 PM Central Time on the Thursday before your scheduled class begins.
Requests received after this deadline are considered withdrawals and are subject to the Tech901 Withdrawal Policy.
Students are limited to two (2) cancellations while enrolled at Tech901.
After two (2) cancellations, students are no longer eligible to register for future Tech901 courses.
Tech901 reserves the right to review requests submitted outside these guidelines when documented extenuating circumstances exist.

Refund Processing

Submitting this form does not automatically initiate a refund.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the timing of your request and the Tech901 Student Handbook.

If you are eligible for a refund, your request will be reviewed by the Admissions team before being processed. Please allow up to 15 business days after approval for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
