Before Your First Visit

Before coming to campus, please create your Metropolis account and register your vehicle.

Download the Metropolis app or create an account online, then:

• Add your vehicle's license plate.

• Add a payment method.

How It Works

When you enter the parking garage, your license plate is automatically scanned—there are no tickets to pull or gates to stop at.

If parking validation is available for your visit, it must be applied to your Metropolis account before leaving Crosstown Concourse.

Helpful Tips

• Register your vehicle before your first class to make your arrival easier.

• Double-check that your license plate is entered correctly in your Metropolis account.

• Follow all posted parking signs while on campus.

• If you drive a different vehicle, be sure to update your account before arriving.
